Steps how to recover the missing CC:
you have reloaded and it didn't enter right? and it says that you already used the game card?

Example Denomination:
You reloaded 50 Yuan.

You entered the code properly and it marked red and it says the card is already used.

Try re-using the code using a smaller denomination not the exact one.

Example:
1st Transaction: 30 Yuan

2nd Transaction: 20 Yuan
